With over nine years of experience in project and program management, Kyle Chipman brings visual thinking and actionable solutions as Chief Process Officer. For seven years with Chipman Design, Kyle has moved the organization towards a paradigm where information travels through client, team, task and assignment, consistently demonstrating iterative improvement amidst cultural change.

With a proven track record of successfully digitizing the organization, as well as overseeing a company-wide rebranding, Kyle excels at tackling abstract obstacles that elicit solutions for the beleaguered alongside best practices for the whole. He is skilled at breaking down an objective to its base, brute elements, building back up with modularity in mind. Leveraging his experience as an innovator, Kyle plays a significant role in the direction of the firm’s business as it moves beyond work in person on paper to cross screen and state lines.

With a Bachelor of Arts in Theater Performance from New York University, Kyle has augmented his expertise studying Chinese Opera at Shanghai Theatre Academy as well as holding the role of Print Shipping Coordinator at the Tribeca Film Festival.
