Chipman Design Architecture developed a luxury automotive dealership for Lexus, designing a 42,000 square foot facility that balances brand standards with operational performance. The program includes a full range of customer and service environments, from showroom and sales areas to executive offices, training spaces and administrative functions, along with a three-lane drive-through service reception, customer lounge and fully integrated vehicle service center. An additional on-site carwash facility further supports the complete service experience.
Chipman Design Architecture translated Lexus corporate design standards into a cohesive architectural environment that reflects both the premium brand identity and the practical demands of dealership operations. The layout is organized to support clear customer flow, efficient service operations and a comfortable, well-defined experience across both sales and service functions.
The design also anticipates future growth, with structural systems in place to support a planned second-level expansion within the showroom. Provisions for a future stair and elevator allow the facility to adapt over time without disrupting the existing environment.
The result is a dealership design that aligns brand, function and long-term flexibility, creating a polished customer experience while supporting the evolving needs of the business.
