Moen partnered with Chipman Design Architecture to redesign the experiential shower display within its Merchandise Mart showroom, creating a more intuitive environment that helps customers better understand and compare different shower configurations while staying visually connected to the existing space.
Chipman Design Architecture led the design, documentation and construction administration, balancing the need for a more functional, high-performing display with continuity across the showroom. The design improves clarity through contrasting materials that highlight running water, along with a modular panel system that allows fixtures to be updated efficiently over time.
The showroom supports a more intuitive product experience, strengthening the connection between performance and everyday use while accommodating future change.
