Mark Scheerhorn

PRINCIPAL | LICENSED ARCHITECT

In his 15 years with Chipman Design Architecture, Mark Scheerhorn has acted as both Project Manager and Project Architect for numerous retail and restaurant accounts running national expansion programs for GAP, Banana Republic, Peet’s Coffee, Chick-fil-A and UGG. Recent projects include the highly-acclaimed GAP and Old Navy Flagship locations in Times Square (New York City), as well as reimagining the dining experience at LaGuardia Airport. 

In addition to skilled coordination with properties and contractors, Mark has also taken a leadership role in the firm’s mentoring program by acting as an ARE licensure mentor. With more than 14 years of experience in the industry, Mark’s primary objectives are building strong client relationships, conceptualizing their needs, and delivering a beautiful space.

Mark graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and is a licensed Architect in the State of Wisconsin.
