Gary Metzger takes an active role in every project that the New York office undertakes. His ability to foresee and provide solutions to potential conflicts during the entire design and construction process enables his team to progress at a pace with little to no interruption.

With more than 40 years experience as an architect and design professional, he uses his expertise to ensure that all projects are scheduled to receive the proper amount of time and energy required to make them a success. Setting his personal reputation at stake with every decision reinforces an unparalleled dedication to professional client services.

Under Gary’s leadership, CDA’s New York office has executed high-profile projects as the 40/40 Club, Wagamama restaurants and Kellogg’s NYC. The team has also provided local expertise for Ulta’s new Manhattan flagship store, as well as Shake Shack, Chick-fil-A, and corporate interiors programs for Discovery Communications and Rodale Publishing.

Gary graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Architecture.
